Ryan Thompson

Ryan Thompson is the Recovery Specialist Supervisor at Hillside Detox Center. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and brings two years of experience in the addiction treatment field. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in healthcare management, expanding his leadership skills and deepening his commitment to serving others in times of crisis and recovery.

Ryan brings strong leadership to the recovery specialist team, focusing on structure, accountability, and understanding. He is passionate about supporting clients through early recovery and creating a safe space where they can rebuild trust, establish routine, and move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys watching the Red Sox, working out, and playing golf. He likes staying active and spending time doing things he enjoys.
