Jennifer Fay

Jennifer Fay serves as the Director of Admissions at Hillside Detox Center. She brings over 20 years of hospitality experience and 13 years in management, offering a compassionate, people-first approach to those beginning their recovery journey. With two years of experience in the addiction treatment field, she has been with Hillside since day one, helping clients and families feel supported from their very first step into Hillside.

Licensed as an aesthetician since 2005, Jen continues to offer facials to clients—providing moments of calm, care, and connection during a vulnerable time. Her goal is to make everyone feel truly seen, heard, and safe.

Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid sports fan who enjoys following a wide range of teams and events. She also values quality time with her family and enjoys making memories with them.
